## How to Get and Use Your Unique Code (CSLT)

Please follow these step-by-step instructions to get your unique code and complete your process:

1. Place Your Order

Select the specific service/product you need, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and place the order.

2. Checkout, You must Registered Email and Password or Login Member, then Make Payment & Confirm

Before You Purchase Your Consultation Token

To purchase a Consultation Token, you must have an account on our website.

• Existing Customers: Please sign in od Log in to your account before proceeding to checkout.
• New Customers: If you do not yet have an account, you will need to register first before completing your purchase.

Once you have signed in, you can proceed with the checkout process, complete your payment, and your Consultation Token will be generated automatically after your order has been successfully completed.

Transfer your payment according to the selected method. Once done, make sure to submit your payment confirmation through our website so our finance team can verify it.

3. Verification & Order Completion

Our finance department will check your payment. As soon as the payment is verified, they will change your order status to “Completed.”

4. Receive Your Unique Code

Once your order status is marked as Completed, the system will automatically generate a unique 5-digit code starting with CSLT- (e.g., CSLT-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). You can find this code in two places:

• Your Email: Check your inbox for the “Order Completed” email.

• Your Account: Log in to our website, go to My Account > Orders, and click on your latest order history.

5. Submit Your Data via Email

To activate or proceed with your service, you must send your unique code to our immigration team.

📌 Important Note: Each unique code is generated specifically for your order and cannot be duplicated. Please ensure all your data matches your order details to prevent any delays in processing.
